Department: Sower Institute for Biblical Discipleship (SIBD)
Reports to: Manager/Director
Overall Responsibilities:
Coordinate bible engagement programmes and events; support regional literacy initiatives; work with various stakeholders to plan and deliver training programmes
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Coordinate and ensure deliverables for day-to-day operations of bible engagement programmes and events
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for the regional literacy initiatives
- Work closely with lecturers and trainers in the running of courses, workshops, seminars and lectures to meet the need for bible engagement of the wider church body
- Establish and cultivate relationship with churches for Institute’s programmes as well as liaise and support the running these events for their congregation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Self-starter with a good eye for detail and strong ability to multi-task
- Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
