On 4 March, the General Secretary met up with Dr Michael G Bassous, General Secretary / CEO of Bible Society Lebanon, and Rev Dr Erní Walter Seibert, Executive Director of Bible Society of Brazil, to discuss opportunities for inter-region partnerships.

On 4 March, the General Secretary was invited to witness the time capsule uncovered at Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church. Amongst the articles recovered in the time capsule, was a Chinese Bible gifted by the British and Foreign Bible Society in 1919. We thank God for the historical role the Bible has played in the church life of Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church and pray that the Bible will continue to engage Christians with sound understanding of the Holy Scriptures.

On 9 March, the General Secretary was invited to attend The Tabernacle’s 49th Anniversary Dinner. Our heartiest congratulations to the church for this momentous milestone.

On 19 March, the General Secretary met up with Mr Rudy Taslim and Ms Lam Bao Yan, founders of Love on Ukraine, to discuss collaboration opportunities for humanitarian relief projects for Ukrainian refugees.

On 20 March, the General Secretary met up with the National Director of the Singapore Centre for Global Mission, Rev Manik Corea, to discuss partnership opportunities between the two mission agencies.

On 26 March, the General Secretary was invited to attend the Passover Seder hosted by the Ambassador of Israel, Mr Eliyahu Vered Hazan together with the Chief Rabbi Mordechai Abergel.

On 31 March, the General Secretary was invited to preach at the Resurrection Sunday Service of CityLight Community Church.

From 31 January to 2 February 2024, the General Secretary was invited to attend the United Bible Societies Strategic Consultation Meeting held in the United Kingdom to discuss long-term strategic plans for the global Bible Mission in consultation with other Bible Societies who were present.

On 21 February, the General Secretary met with Mr Grant Thomson and Mr Chris Melville, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Missions Officer of the Bible Society of Australia, to discuss collaboration opportunities for the Bible Mission in the Asia Pacific region.

On 22 February, the General Secretary was invited to attend a Lo-Hei Celebration hosted by the Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore). Ms Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for Education and Manpower, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.

On 28 January, the General Secretary was invited to preach at Emmanuel Assembly of God Church for Bible Society Sunday. We thank God for the opportunity to share more about the Bible Mission and pray that more people will be inspired to support our mission of making the Word of God known to all peoples.

On 22 January, the Bible Society hosted the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity organised by the Archdiocesan Catholic Council for Ecumenical Dialogue (ACCED). Pastors and leaders representing various denominations attended the prayer meeting for a time of prayer.

On 3 January, the General Secretary met up with Pastor Luo from Myanmar. The Bible Society was happy to be giving US$20,000 for humanitarian relief work for the suffering people in conflict zones in Myanmar.
