Forever Young: Ageing with Success

ABOUT THE EVENT

The current generation of Singaporeans are living longer than their predecessors, but they may also be at greater risk of chronic health conditions and cognitive decline. We invite you to participate in our upcoming holistic workshop designed to provide you with the knowledge and practical tools to navigate older adulthood with vitality. In this workshop, we will delve into the physical and cognitive changes associated with ageing, offering participants insights into optimising their health and mobility as they enter this phase of life.

Through small group discussions and reflective exercises, participants will foster resilience in the face of challenges such as life transitions and physical decline. Moreover, we will introduce preventative health strategies and explore the contribution of healthy attitudes towards ageing and spirituality for holistic well-being, personal growth, and community connections.
